Lars Neubert has worked in the audiovisual industry for production companies such as BocaBoca, Sony Pictures, Zodiak Entertainment and Bulldog TV. His career spans for over 10 years.

Currently he works as an assistant director in entertainment formats and serves as an advisor for the development of fiction both nationally and internationally.

Joaquín Górriz Portella

Screenwriter

Specialist in audiovisual writing. He has written various types of feature films of different genres such as the melodrama Tiempo de Tormenta and the comedies: Isi Disi: Amor a lo Bestia and Los Mánagers. Also the biopic about the poet Jaime Gil de Biedma, titled El Cónsul de Sodoma.

In television he worked as a screenwriter on various TV series, some of which are Cuentame cómo pasó for TVE, Todos los hombres sois iguales for Mediaset and most recently Desaparecidos also for Mediaset. Besides the aforementioned, significant emphasis must be put on his work as a co-creator of three other series, two projects about supernatural mysteries Hay Alguien Ahí for Cuatro and Angel or Demonio for Mediaset and another project about arms traffickers who resolve their differences by shooting titled Atrapada which was broadcasted in 2018 on the Mexican channel Imagen Televisión, produced by Soni Pictures Television. On a few occasions he has taken on the role of an Executive Produces of fictional series, as in the case of La Fuga for Mediaset. He directed the documentary series titled Far From Home broadcasted in several Arabic speaking countries. Joaquin also wrote and directed El perverso mundo de cubitos de hielo, his first foray into the world of the theatre. In his work he is always looking into the darkest corners of his characters, whilst adding a pinch of humor, which according to him is a must ingredient in life and creating.

David Planell

Screenwriter, Playwright and Director

He alternates between commissioned scripts and personal projects for films, theatre and TV.

He has written comedy sketches for: Martes y Trece; El retonno, Viéndonos, television comedies such as A las once en casa, Todos los hombres sois iguales, procedural dramas like Hospital Central, El comisario, LOBOS, MIR and the literary adaptations Un burka por amor and Vicente Ferrer.

He has also worked as a screenwriter with film directors on multiple projects for the big screen. Specifically his work with Gracia Querejeta on Héctor, Siete mesas de billar francés, for which he won the Concha de Plata award for Best Screenplay at the San Sebastián film festival. He also worked with Montxo Armendáriz on La guerrilla de la memoria and with Chema Rodríguez on Anochece en la India, which was nominated for the Goya Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.

For his short films Carisma (nominated for the Goya Award for Best Short Film), Ponys, Banal, Subir y Bajar, El 2º de la 3ª temporada David has received more than one hundred national and international awards. For his directorial début with the feature film La vergüenza he was awarded the Biznaga de Oro prize for Best Motion Picture and the Biznaga de Plata prize for Best Screenplay respectively at the Malaga Film Festival. This motion picture also brought him his third nomination for The Goya Award.

Currently he is working as a director on Un minuto de silencio, his second feature film, while developing Shock for television as a theatrical version of his award-winning short film Ponys

Isabel Arranz

Isabel Arranz holds a BA in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Her life motto is Steve Job’s 5 ¨Nevers¨. Never give up. Never pretend. Never stand still. Never hold onto the past. Never stop dreaming. In order to keep dreaming Arranz dedicated her work to television, collaborating with almost all national public and private broadcasters on entertainment shows such as Survivors, Big Brother, special galas and so on.

Documentaries: Los poderes extraordinarios del cuerpo humano, and daily fictional TV shows such as Obsesión and El Faro which won the Iris Award given out by the Spanish Television Academy.

Arranz tried her hand at children’s theatre with Brunelesky y los cumpleaños olvidados that ran for five months at the Teatro Arlequín. She later wrote and directed the comedy Sofocos that was seen by an audience of more than 80.000 at the Teatro Nuevo Apolo. Sin Reglas is her first fictional novel.

Jorge Díaz

Writer and television writer

He holds a BA in Journalism. In the past 25 years he has worked as a television show director and writer for TV series for most of the Spanish and Portuguese general-interest channels.

He was the co-creator and Script Coordinator for Hospital Central, an award-wining TV show. Jorge has written for many TV series among which Monteperdido and Víctor Ros for TVE and El don de Alba for Mediaset. Currently he works on the daily TV show on TVE Acacias 38.

He has published 4 novels: Los números del elefante, La justicia de los Errantes, Cartas a Palacio and Tengo en mí todos los sueños del mundo (translated into several languages).

Jesus Font is a Director and Executive Producer of some of the most prominent television shows from the last 20 years; which include Historias de la puta mili, Todos los Hombres Sois Iguales, El comisario, Abogados, Siete Días al Desnudo, MIR, RIS, Gavilanes, Sagrada Familia and Gran Nord, El Faro. The most recent being Caronte by Big Bang Media for Tele 5.

He directed and coproduced several miniseries and television films for Prodigius and MediaPro among which Mónica, El Año que Trafiqué con Mujeres, La Vida Aquí, El Tránsfuga and Lola, la Película. He also directed the television films Buscando al Hombre Perfecto and Desátate as well as the miniseries La Salazón for Forta.
